I would highly recommend Jane to anyone in need of physiotherapy. I was struggling with a painful pinched nerve, and she was incredibly clear and compassionate in explaining everything — never once making me feel judged. One of the things I appreciate most is that she isn’t money-driven. Unlike many practitioners who schedule unnecessary follow-ups, she encourages me to listen to my body and only come in if I feel it is needed. On Saturday I found myself in desperate need of some help with back pain. Trevllyn assisted me and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to me and guided me through her therapy. When I was too sore to sit in one position she accommodated me and sat me in another position. She comforted me through my tears. She gave me good advice on what to do when I got home. I just wanted to say thank you for your help and for getting me on the road to recovery!
