We’re Re-opening, May 4th! + Strict New Hygiene Controls

We’ve made it this far, let’s make it count! Firstly, congratulations to all of us for making it through the hardest stage of lockdown.

With this in mind and as the regulations ease up (a little) we’ll be able to cautiously re-open with very strict hygiene and infection control protocols in place. What does this mean and how can you see your physiotherapist?

Check out My Appointment (Bradford Road & Harcus Road) or give us a ring; and please familiarise yourself with our new protocols, that simple!

What to Expect from Us:

On the 4th of May, we’ll be opening two of our three practices – Bradford Road, Bedford Gardens Medical Suites, and Harcus Road at St Benedicts College. In keeping with government regulations, we’ll be operating with a skeleton support staff and our physios will be practicing in shifts.

Our physios will be dressed up for the occasion with plastic face shields over surgical masks, plastic gowns, and gloves as is necessary. We will continue to follow best-practice hygiene controls and disinfect all surfaces and cubicles between each treatment.

What we expect from You:

  • Every patient should come wearing their own facemask, as per government regulations.
  • If you would like to, please feel free to bring your own shorts, gown, and towel, too.
  • Unfortunately, no companions will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment unless you require assistance moving or are a small child.
  • Please do not come to your appointment early, we will be keeping our practices, and our waiting room, as empty as possible to reduce the risk of infection. If you are early please wait in your car until 5 minutes before your appointment.
  • If you have been in contact with anyone who has had the virus within two weeks of your appointment, or if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (at all), or are doubtful about your state of health in any way please reschedule your appointment without any cancellation fee.
